Vijay Kumar Mahendru

Vijay Kumar Mahendru was born on May 15 1945 in Batala, India to Shri Gowardhan Dass and Smr. Raj Rani Mahendru, and passed away on April 16, 2026, in Columbus, New Jersey.

In his lifetime, Vijay strived to bring people together. He was not only a devoted family man, but also someone who formed friendships with everyone he encountered. He understood the value of memories like no other and cherished every photograph with his loved ones. Vijay is survived by his beloved wife of over 52 years, Gulshan, with whom he shared a beautiful life; his children, Vishal and his wife Yoselin, and Sarika and her husband Ronnie; and his grandchildren, Vijay, Cassandra, Lucas, and Isabella (children of Vishal and Yoselin), and Aashna and Dilan (children of Sarika and Ronnie).

Vijay will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
