Shantaben Patel

Shantaben Muljibhai Patel, age 92, died on May 28, 2025, at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Shantaben was born on February 1, 1933, in Anand, Gujarat, India, to her late parents, Surajben Kishibhai Patel and Kishibhai Gokalbhai Patel.

Shantaben was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Muljibhai Mahijibhai Patel. Together, they raised a beautiful family, and she leaves behind her two daughters, Hina Patel and Rita Patel, and her son, Jayenbra Patel. Shantaben's legacy continues through her seven grandchildren: Bhavesh Patel, Jay Patel, Ashmi Patel, Kavita Patel, Hani Patel, Meet Patel, and Soniya Patel. She also leaves behind seven cherished great-grandchildren: Ashka Patel, Milind Patel, Aarya Patel, Arohi Patel, Jiansh Patel, Prisha Patel, and Ahaana Patel.

Shantaben’s passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her, but her love and legacy will endure through her family and the many lives she touched.
