Dhruman Shah

Dhruman J. Shah, age 51, passed away peacefully on Thursday March 4, 2021 at Penn Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia. Dhruman was born on March 2, 1970 in Ahmedabad, India to Jagdishchandra and Bhartiben Shah. He married Jolly Shah in Ahmedabad, India in 1997. He has one son, Vishrut Shah born September, 1998. Dhruman’s story is one of love, happiness and perseverance. Throughout his life he dedicated himself to do right by his family and friends. Although that invited struggles, Dhruman’s best quality, his perseverance, shined as bright as his trademark loving smile. He wholeheartedly helped others without the expectation of reciprocation. He always left an encounter better than when he came. As a result of his generous spirit, warm disposition and genial personality, he was loved by many. He is survived by his wife, Jolly; his father, Jagdishchandra; his sister, Bela; his son, Vishrut; his in-laws, Radheshyam and Bhanumati Shah; and his many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends and relatives whose lives Dhruman touched at India Funeral Service 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ 08869 from 4:30PM to 7:30 PM EST on Monday, March 8, 2021.
