Anil Rane

Anil V. Rane, 77, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2026.  Born in Mumbai, India, he was the beloved son of the late Tara and Vijay Rane. Anil earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree at Jain College and went on to become a successful self-employed business owner in the import and export industry.  Anil shared 50 wonderful years of marriage with his loving wife, Bharati. Together they raised two children and built a life centered on family, dedication, and love. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a cherished grandfather.
Anil had a passion for world travel and enjoyed exploring new cultures and places. Above all, he treasured the time he spent with his family and friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Bharati Rane; his son, Shantanu Rane and daughter-in-law Richa Rane; his daughter, Mukta Rane and son-in-law Thomas-Neil Sabado; and his cherished grandchildren, Sophia, Cameron, Kairav, and Sianna. He is also survived by his brother, Sunil Rane and sister-in-law Hema Rane; and his sisters, Sheela Salunkhe and Neelima Sawant and brother-in-law Diwakar Sawant.

He was predeceased by his parents, Tara and Vijay Rane.

Anil will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Viewing and funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2026, from 9 AM to 12:00 noon at India Funeral Service, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, New Jersey.
